Arrived around 9:30 am, checked into hotel by Sukhumvit road.
First stop, local noodle shop!
Only 30 baht, but more importantly, was so so delicious.Cool dessert thing, cost like $0.75 for a big box of these freshly made wafers with some sort of cream and shredded sweet carrots.
One of hundreds of vendors along the road
Really interesting architecture
Murals
Reliquary - storage of sacred texts
Rawr, I'm a monster
Good guard lion
The King's Palace I believe
Ministry of defense
Reclining Buddha - enormous and impressive
A friend of kittens everywhere

Wat Arun - Temple of Dawn
A tuk-tuk cart ride, we paid a flat rate so he was motivated to get us through fast. The ride was insanity, and a must-have experience in Bangkok.
Such a thrill that I can't wait to do it again.
It was crazy fast, like a go-kart ride in heavy urban streets
